Phase 1: The "Treasure Hunt" for Documents

Before you even step foot in Dumaguete City Hall, you need your paperwork sorted. Missing one document means a wasted trip.

The Non-Negotiables:

• Birth Certificate: You need a certified true copy from the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority). If it is blurry or unreadable, get a new one.
